Thank you for shopping with Miro Atelier. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and timely delivery experience.
Miro Atelier is operated by YILIN TECHNOLOGY INC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including but not limited to:
United States
Canada
United Kingdom
European Union countries
Australia & New Zealand
Asia-Pacific (e.g., Japan, Singapore, South Korea)
Selected countries in the Middle East and Latin America

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Note: Delivery time estimates do not include customs clearance delays or local holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount (promotion-dependent).
Express shipping may be subject to additional fees.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your local government.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Miro Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the shipment is returned, a restocking fee and the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through:
The carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.)
Your Miro Atelier account (if registered)
If your tracking number hasn’t updated within 3 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us for assistance.
7. Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Multiple failed delivery attempts
Refusal to pay duties/taxes
You may be responsible for additional shipping or restocking fees.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or sanctioned countries where U.S. companies are prohibited from trading.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged items, include photos of the package and product for faster resolution.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that once a package is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for theft or misplacement.
