Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Miro Atelier jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made via www.miroatelier.com. Miro Atelier is operated by YILIN TECHNOLOGY INC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unworn and in its original condition
Includes all original packaging (jewelry pouch, gift box, etc.)
No signs of wear, scratches, or damage
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
Earrings
Customized or engraved items
Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@miroatelier.com with:
Your full name
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please:
Return the original item for a refund
Place a new order for the desired item
This allows us to process your return and new order more efficiently.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@miroatelier.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
A clear photo of the issue
Your order number
We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
Check your bank account or credit card statement
Contact your payment provider (some may take additional time)

9. Return Address
Our return center address will be provided via email after your request is approved. Please do not send returns to the company’s registered address in Wyoming unless instructed.
